Another squadron sign brought to

war, Aerothentic
Eighth Attack Squadron
Sign, Nadzab
8th Attack Squadron
3rd Attack Group
Fifth Air Force
Sign for the Eighth Attack Squadron at Nadzab, circa early 1944. At
this stage the squadron was flying a mixture of A-20G-20s and A-20G-25s.
The hills in the background were always a lush green, and Nadzab was
not far from the wide Markham River, where the men could bathe in the
afternoon after missions or working on their aircraft.
